Official Terms Documentation
Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Appsinity Store platform, including associated web pages, publishing tools, and related services operated by Appsinity Technologies. By accessing or using Appsinity Store as a visitor, registered user, or developer, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
Eligibility
Access to Appsinity Store is available only to individuals who comply with applicable law and satisfy the minimum eligibility standards defined by the platform. Users must access and use the service in accordance with the laws, regulations, and directives applicable in their own jurisdiction. Users below the age of majority in their region must use the platform with the active supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Appsinity Technologies further reserves the right to restrict, limit, or deny access to any user or region where required for legal compliance, safety, abuse prevention, or operational necessity.
Accounts
Registered accounts on Appsinity Store are subject to account-level responsibilities and security obligations. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, active sessions, linked identity provider access, and associated authentication tokens. Any activity performed through an account is the responsibility of the account holder. Users must not share live authenticated sessions, access another person's account without authorization, or attempt to bypass authentication or session controls. Accounts involved in abuse, fraud, policy violations, or conduct that threatens platform integrity may be restricted, suspended, or permanently terminated.
Developer Publishing
Developers using Appsinity Store are granted access to Developer Studio for the purpose of creating and maintaining game listings. All submitted information, including game titles, descriptions, genres, icons, screenshots, banner materials, and trailer links, must accurately represent the actual software or content being listed. Misleading representations, fabricated screenshots, false descriptions, bait-and-switch download pages, and inaccurate metadata are strictly prohibited. Developers bear full responsibility for the integrity, safety, legality, and authenticity of the files they distribute, including content hosted through third-party download services. Listings violating these standards may be removed without prior notice, and repeated or serious violations may result in account enforcement.
Developer Obligations
- All listing metadata must be accurate and non-deceptive.
- Submitted screenshots, icons, and media must represent real platform content.
- Developers are fully responsible for the files and builds they distribute.
- Appsinity may use Gallifai, its AI-assisted safety system, to scan uploaded or submitted games for malware, harmful software, suspicious files, and deceptive builds.
- Developers must provide accurate public safety and support details, including the required support email, country, and applicable individual or company identity information.
User Downloads and Risk
Users accessing builds through Appsinity Store should understand that some downloads may be hosted on third-party platforms such as Google Drive, Dropbox, GitHub, or developer-controlled servers. Appsinity uses Gallifai to help scan uploaded or submitted games for malware and other unsafe material, and may remove or restrict games that appear to create player safety risks. However, Appsinity does not control the availability, integrity, or security of external download sources, and automated scanning cannot guarantee that every risk will be detected. Downloading and installing software from any source carries inherent risk, and users assume responsibility for the files they choose to install. Users are strongly advised to verify files and scan downloads using reputable security software before execution or installation.
Content Rules
All content published, distributed, or shared through Appsinity Store must comply with mandatory content standards intended to protect users and preserve platform integrity. Prohibited material includes malicious software, spyware, ransomware, miners, covert surveillance tools, pirated or unauthorized copyrighted content, impersonation of brands or developers, harmful or hateful content, targeted threats, and explicit adult material unsuitable for a general teen audience. Appsinity Store maintains a teen-safe platform standard and does not allow listings or interactions that materially compromise that standard.
Strictly Prohibited
- Malware, trojans, spyware, ransomware, miners, keyloggers, or covert harmful tools
- Stolen assets, pirated software, or unlicensed copyrighted material
- Impersonation of brands, studios, developers, or public entities
- Harassment, hate content, discriminatory threats, or harmful conduct
- Sexually explicit or otherwise non-teen-safe content
Intellectual Property
Developers retain ownership of the original applications, games, and associated creative content they publish through Appsinity Store. Nothing in these Terms of Use transfers ownership of developer-created material to Appsinity Technologies. However, by publishing a listing on the platform, developers grant Appsinity Technologies a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute listing materials such as titles, descriptions, icons, screenshots, and trailer references solely for the operation and promotion of Appsinity Store. If a developer uploads content without the required rights or authorization, they may be held legally responsible by the applicable rights holder, and Appsinity may remove such content in accordance with enforcement obligations.
Takedowns and Enforcement
Appsinity Technologies maintains active enforcement processes in order to protect the Appsinity ecosystem. The platform may remove, delist, restrict, or otherwise moderate content that violates these Terms of Use, creates risk to users, undermines platform integrity, or breaches applicable law. Accounts responsible for repeated, systematic, or severe violations may be suspended temporarily or terminated permanently. Appsinity will also cooperate with legally valid requests from law enforcement authorities, regulators, and rights holders where required.
Ratings and Reviews
The ratings and reviews system is intended to support authentic user feedback and informed download decisions. Ratings and reviews must reflect genuine user experience and must not be fabricated, purchased, coordinated, or manipulated. Spam, abusive commentary, personal attacks, hate content, or obvious rating manipulation may be removed without notice. Appsinity also reserves the right to restructure, modify, limit, or temporarily suspend review-related features as part of ongoing quality improvement and abuse mitigation efforts.
Availability and Changes
Appsinity Store is an actively evolving platform. Features, interfaces, systems, and policies may be updated, replaced, restricted, or removed over time in response to development priorities, quality improvements, or security requirements. The platform may be temporarily unavailable during maintenance windows or emergency technical response periods. While reasonable efforts may be made to provide notice where operationally feasible, Appsinity Technologies does not guarantee uninterrupted access, full uptime, or error-free operation at all times.
Disclaimers
Appsinity Store is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Appsinity Technologies makes no express or implied warranties regarding compatibility across all devices or operating system versions, the continued availability or integrity of third-party download links, or the performance, reliability, or quality of content linked from developer listings. Users and developers should treat platform use as subject to practical operational limitations and evolving technical conditions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Appsinity Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use Appsinity Store. This includes loss of revenue, data loss, reputational harm, lost business opportunities, developer-hosted content issues, or disruptions caused by third-party services linked from or integrated with the platform. By using Appsinity Store, users expressly acknowledge that use of the platform is undertaken entirely at their own risk.
Termination
Users may discontinue use of Appsinity Store at any time and may request account deletion through official support channels. Appsinity Technologies may suspend or permanently terminate access where policy violations, fraud, abuse, legal obligations, or operational requirements justify such action. Certain provisions, including intellectual property protections, enforcement rights, limitation of liability, and governing law, survive termination and continue to apply after account or access removal.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use and disputes arising from the use of Appsinity Store are governed by the laws applicable in the user's jurisdiction of residence, while the Republic of India serves as the primary governing framework where Appsinity Technologies is a party to legal proceedings. Where disputes cannot be resolved informally, they may be referred to competent courts with appropriate jurisdiction, and continued use of the platform constitutes consent to that framework.
